business regulations in I.R.Iran

·           The most important thing about business and governmental rules is that employees are not being paid as much as they need to have a regular life.

·           Tehran’s problems have worsened after the US and the European Union imposed their own wide-ranging sanctions in July, going far beyond the restrictions contained in earlier UN resolutions. Although the measures, implemented because of Tehran’s nuclear ambitions, did not focus on the oil exports that drive Iran’s economy, traders said they were having an effect.

·           On the basis of rules and regulations of I.R.Iran, entrance of some goods and or its export is totally prohibited. some of those goods are as follows:

       1_ Alcoholic drinks

       2_ Gambling tools

3_ Weapons, ammunition and explosive goods

       4_ Narcotic drugs

5_ Magazines, photos, film and snaps and those goods which is against religious and national dignity of the country.

6_ Any type of writings against the official region of the country and or discipline disturbance and public purity and national dignity.

7_ Various type of goods which has legitimate and legal prohibitance and or this import and export has not been prohibited according to the customs tariff table or special rules

·           Iran is the world’s fourth-largest oil exporter, with Japan, China, India and South Korea its largest clients. Italy and Spain are the top European buyers. The US has not bought crude oil from Tehran since the Islamic revolution of 1979.
